An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that he was found unconscious by his colleagues and was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital. He said that doctors at the hospital declared him dead on arrival. He has been identified as Pradeep Kumar (51) son of Rajvan M of Kerala.
